Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 pinch gingerbread spice
  • 1 pinch clove (s), ground
  • 0.25 ¼ vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 100 ml amaretto
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients (cut the vanilla pod beforehand), except for the amaretto, in a saucepan and heat - do not boil! Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain everything through a fine sieve and pour in the 100 ml amaretto.
  3. Distribute in cups and put a tablespoon of whipped cream on each and, if desired, dust some cinnamon powder on top of the cream.
  4. Warms very nicely from the inside, because it doesn`t always have to be mulled wine.
