Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
  • 30 g lemon peel
  • 30 g orane peel
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 250 g almond (s), peeled, chopped
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs and sugar into a very nice foam mixture. Stir in the cinnamon, cloves, finely weighed lemon peel, orange peel and rum, then mix in the chopped almonds. Work flour sifted with baking powder underneath. The amount of flour required is influenced by the size of the egg, the dough should be spreadable.
  2. Spread the dough on a greased, floured baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 150 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  3. Cut into small sticks immediately after baking.
  4. Make a lemon glaze from the powdered sugar and lemon juice and coat the sticks with it.
