Ingredients

  • 150 g spelled smoked flour
  • 250 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 bag / s yeast (dry yeast)
  • 100 g fruits, dried: apricots, apples, fis, plums / plums, diced / cut
  • 130 ml water
  • 120 ml milk, skimmed milk (01%)
  • 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice

Instructions

  1. Put water, milk and salt in the bread maker, add flour, sugar and gingerbread spice. Make a well in the flour and let the yeast trickle in. (Important: yeast must not come into contact with liquids). Turn on the bread maker. After 3/4 of the kneading process, add the dried, diced fruits and let them knead again.
  2. If you don`t have a machine: mix flour, spice and salt, add yeast and sugar and mix. Add water and milk together and knead, knead, knead - at least 10 minutes. Flatten the dough and place the fruits on top, roll up and knead so that the fruits are evenly distributed.
  3. Let the dough rise twice in a warm place. Shape the rolls and place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Let it go again for 10 minutes. Place the water bowl on the baking tray and bake the rolls for about 15 minutes at 220 ° C on the middle rack.
