Ingredients

• 50 ml espresso
• 4 pinches cinnamon powder
• 1 pinch cardamom, ground
• 1 pinch clove (s), ground
• 200 ml milk
• 1 scoop ice cream, (vanilla ice cream)
• possibly sugar

Instructions

1. Put the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in a glass and pour a freshly brewed espresso over them. If you like your iced coffee very sweet, you can now stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar. Place in the fridge to cool. When the coffee is cold, pour in the milk. Then pour the vanilla ice cream over it and enjoy immediately ice-cold.
