  • 2 large potatoes
  • 40 g butter
  • salt
  • herbs Provence
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • some parmesan
  • 4 slices cheese, smoked

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in plenty of peeled water for about 30 minutes, then leave to cool. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick.
  2. Line 1 or 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and place the potato slices on top. Place 1 - 2 flakes of butter on each slice. Top with salt, herbs, spices and cheese in different ways (other ingredients can be used as desired).
  3. Place the baking trays in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake the potatoes for about 15 minutes in the fan oven.
