Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans
  • 2 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 small Can / s tomato (s), (pizza tomato)
  • 4 sausages, cut sausages
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 4 large potato (s)
  • 1 liter broth
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions in butter. In the meantime, peel and chop the potatoes and add to the onions and deglaze with the stock and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes, season to taste.
  2. Serve with fresh farmer`s bread.
