Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots, add a little salt and pepper and the juice of one lemon.
  2. Cut the celery into narrow strips. Also add leaves. Cut the spring onions into thin strips. Add sugar to taste. Add olive oil and possibly garlic.
  3. Season to taste with balsamic vinegar and let it steep a little.
