Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 250 g Camembert (s) (55% fat in dry matter)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, finely chopped
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add salt, butter and milk. Knead well and let rest a little. In the meantime, lightly grease a round baking dish (approx. 28 cm) with butter.
  2. Debark the camembert and cut into small cubes. Dice the ham as well. Stir the sour cream until creamy and mix with the egg yolk to a smooth mass. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and finely chopped parsley. Add the diced camembert and ham and fold into the mixture.
  3. Roll out the dough and line the greased baking pan with it. Spread the cheese mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, convection: 180 ° C) for about 25 - 35 minutes.
