  • 150 g cheese (Appenzeller)
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 50 g butter
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Borage

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins for 20 minutes, leave to cool. Grate the cheese. Cut the peeled potatoes into 1/2 cm thick slices. Brush the tray with oil and layer the potatoes on the tray like a brick. Sprinkle the cheese mixture and pepper over it, put the butter in flakes over it. Fry in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes. Scatter the chopped borage over the finished potatoes.
  2. TIP: As an accompaniment to meat dishes or with a salad as a main course.
