  • 4 teaspoon bouillon, chicken, instant
  • 100 g noodles, (soup noodles)
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Cook in 1 liter of salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the chicken breast, add 4 teaspoons of chicken stock and soup noodles and cook for approx. 7 minutes, season with cayenne pepper. Bring to the boil again, divide the meat into 4 soup cups, beat in 1 whole egg and fill up with the simmering soup.
