Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 lime (s)
  • 400 g chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 180 g spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the onion and hot peppers until tender. Add all the spices and cook for another minute.
  2. Then halve the limes, cut the pulp into fillets and roughly chop it. Add the chickpeas and pulp to the pan, remove the pan from the hob, then add the chilli, spinach, and parsley and mix well.
