Ingredients

  • 750 g corn rits
  • 150 g wheat flour, 405
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 200 ml oil
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 200 ml sparkling mineral water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and bake in the large, greased baking sheet for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees / hot air / in the preheated oven on the lower rack until golden brown.
  2. If you use a smaller baking sheet, it will take longer.
  3. After baking, cut into the desired squares and serve warm or cold.

  5. This goes well with mushroom ragout, tzatziki, meatballs, Serbian bean soup, chili con carne, or natural yogurt and ham for breakfast.
