Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 little wine, white
  • 2 shots Tabasco
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry it.
  2. Then add the corn and pour in coconut milk. Possibly add a little white wine and sprinkle 2 vigorous splashes of Tabasco on top.
  3. Then let it boil, let it boil and cook again until the corn is soft enough. Fill up the lack of liquid with vegetable stock.
  4. When the corn is soft enough, puree the whole thing, bring to the boil again and - depending on your preference - add a few shrimp or not.
  5. Serve the whole thing with a little pepper on top.
