Ingredients

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, (herbs Provence)
  • 4 tablespoon milk, as needed
  • Pepper, fresh from the mill
  • Salt, to taste, about 1 level teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with milk until you get the creaminess you want, then squeeze fresh garlic and add the herbs of Provence (I use dried herbs here), salt and pepper. Season according to the desired salt and pepper taste. Let stand a little (at least 10 minutes) until the flavors have combined.
  2. Super easy recipe and quick to make. Still a hit for us, but also with every visit! Tastes great on bread and vegetables as a dip. But also use this cream a lot for cooking (see e.g. stuffed mushrooms).
