Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta cheese finely or use a fork to chop it up. Finely chop the onion and the garlic cloves.
  2. Peel the chili peppers, remove the seeds and also finely chop them. Mix all ingredients together with the creme fraiche and season to taste with salt, pepper and basil.
  3. So that the piquant taste of the feta cheese cream can develop, let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
