Ingredients

  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese, natural
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 3 garlic clove (s), chopped, possibly 4
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • possibly red chilli pepper (s), to taste
  • parsley
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli flakes (Pul Biber)
  • some rosemary, fresher chopped
  • some thyme, fresher, chopped

Instructions

  1. Crumble 200g of the feta and mix with all the ingredients. Press the garlic beforehand, chop the paprika and chilli.
  2. It is best (if available) to process everything together into a homogeneous mass with a kitchen shredder.
  3. If not available, mix with the kneading sticks from the mixer as well as possible. Chop the fresh herbs beforehand. Add enough milk until the cream has the desired consistency.
  4. Crumble the remaining 50g of the feta and stir into the mixture. If the chopper is not available, the entire 250 g of feta can be used right from the start.
  5. To garnish, sprinkle with a little more of the Turkish spice.
