Ingredients

  • 1 small mango (s), ripe
  • 4 stalks chives
  • basil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 10 g feta cheese, 9% absolute fat

Instructions

  1. Wash the mango and rub dry. Cut the pulp from the stone in thick slices, dice and place in a bowl.
  2. Wash herbs and shake dry. Cut the chives into rolls. Pluck the basil leaves, set some aside and cut the rest into fine strips.
  3. Squeeze the lemon, add the juice with the chives and basil strips to the mango cubes. Season with pepper and let steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the mango salad. Pat the sheep`s cheese dry with kitchen paper and crumble it over the salad with your fingers. Garnish with basil leaves.
