  • 1 mango (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, cut along the core and finely dice. Core and finely dice tomatoes, bell peppers and peppers. Clean the spring onions, cut in half lengthways and cut into fine rings.
  2. Mix the ingredients together. Finely chop or press garlic and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lime juice. Add olive oil and mix well. Let it steep a little and season again later if necessary. Depending on the degree of spiciness you want, add the chilli sauce.
  3. The salsa tastes good with grilled meat or simply as a dip with nachos.
