Ingredients

  • 375 g minced meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 leeks
  • 4 tomato (s)

For the sauce:

  • 175 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare a meat batter from the minced meat, egg, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Shape into small balls and fry in the heated fat. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool. Clean the leek and onions and cut into rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into eighths. Drain the corn.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl with the meatballs. Prepare a sauce from the crème fraiche, vinegar, salt, sugar, paprika powder and cayenne pepper and pour over the salad. Mix everything together and let it steep until eaten.
