Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into small cubes
  • 120 g mushrooms, cut into small cubes (with e cutter)
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 120 g feta cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, smear 8 refractory pots with 150 ml content with oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients and the spices well in a bowl, pour the mixture up to 1 finger under the rim in the molds and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
