- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 4 tablespoon water, cold
- 250 g flour, smooth
- 140 g butter, cold
- 300 g onion (s)
- 150 g ham, pressed
- 150 g breakfast bacon
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml whipped cream, (cream)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 150 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

- For the dough, mix the yolks with salt and water. Crumble the flour with the butter and knead with the yolk mixture. Wrap in cling film and let rest in a cool place for approx. 1 hour.
- For the filling, peel and halve the onion and then cut into thin slices. Briefly boil over in salted water, then drain.
- Cut the ham and bacon into pieces approx. 1 cm in size, fry in oil and drain in a sieve.
- Then preheat the oven to 200 ° C and roll out the dough about the back of a knife on a floured surface. Line a tart dish with a diameter of 24 cm with it, spread the onion, ham and bacon on top.
- Mix the eggs with milk, cream parsley and half of the cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the filling.
- Sprinkle the cake with the rest of the cheese and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170 ° and bake for another 15 minutes.
