Wash, halve and core the bell pepper. Cut one half into thin strips and then into very fine cubes. Chop the parsley very finely.
Then put the eggs, margarine or softened butter, baking powder and ajvar in a mixing bowl and stir vigorously with the hand mixer. Now add flour, spices and herbs. If you like it spicier, you can take rose pepper. Process into a smooth dough. If it is too thin, add a little more flour. Finally stir in the diced paprika and finely grated cheese.
Fill into a greased muffin tin or molds and bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes at around 175 degrees (convection). If the muffins are still warm, they are still very moist in the middle. That subsides as it cools down. Because of the cheese and ajvar, the muffins don`t rise as high as sweet pastries.
The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
