Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy, soft-boiled
  • 30 g butter
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • 2 stalks thyme
  • 2 stalks rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 2 bulbs garlic, Chinese, quartered
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Halve or quarter the soft-boiled potatoes depending on their size. Grease a baking dish with the butter and spread the potatoes in it. Wash the cherry tomatoes, halve if desired and add to the potatoes. Mix the spices, herbs and the quartered garlic bulbs into the potatoes.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
  3. Ideal accompaniment to grilled or fish.
