Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), floury-boilin
- 1 pinch (s) salt for the potatoes
- 1 cube yeast
- 100 ml water, lukewarm, for the yeast
- 1 kg wheat flour, type 405

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 200 ml water
- 300 ml milk

- Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in 100 ml of lukewarm water.
