Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with the flour. Chop the tomatoes and stir in with the rosemary. Peel the potatoes, grate them roughly into the mixture and turn them around. Season with salt and sambal oelek.
  2. Fry the mixture in portions in 12 buffers in moderately hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Herbal quark and tomato salad go well with it.
