Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into quarters or eighths with the skin, depending on the size. Wash the potato wedges to remove some of the starch.
  2. Mix the oil and spices in a bowl and add the drained potato wedges. Now either put the lid on and shake or just stir until all the potatoes have got some of the oil-spice mixture.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes until they are nice and crispy. Turn occasionally and, if necessary, add seasoning after baking.
  4. Goes great with grilled meats and salads or simply as a side dish.
  5. Per serving, depending on the amount of oil used, between 3-3.5 P.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
