Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, half-melted butter (approx. 30 seconds in the microwave), salt and 50 ml water, wrap it in foil and refrigerate.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. Now add the minced meat and fry until brown. Now chop and fold in the olives and season everything with salt and pepper and season with thyme, chilli flakes and oregano.
  3. Now de-stalk the tomatoes and fold in with the juice. Now boil the whole thing down for about 20 minutes.
  4. Now the dough can be laid out in a quiche form (or springform pan) (also on the edge). Now add the minced meat mixture (ATTENTION: if the liquid has not boiled down completely, add the minced meat first and then some of the sauce, otherwise it will soften) and crumble the feta over it.
  5. Finally, put the whole thing in the oven for 3/4 hour at 180 ° C (convection).
  6. A tomato salad goes well with it.
