- 4 onion (s)
- 5 clove (s) garlic
- ml 1,750 vegetable stock
- 5 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 5 teaspoons tomato paste
- 3 teaspoon paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder
- 1 cup crème fraîche, or cream

- Sauté the diced peppers and diced onions in butter. Heat the flour and tomato paste in it and add the broth while stirring. Add the remaining ingredients (amount of spices depending on individual taste) under heat and bring to the boil. Puree everything, finally stir in the crème fraîche or cream.
