Ingredients

  • 400 g sausaes, Viennese
  • 1 leek
  • 140 g corn, (can)
  • 200 ml broth
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages and leek into thin slices. (Possibly sauté the leek briefly). Drain the corn.
  2. Melt the butter and sweat the flour in it. Pour in the stock and cream and simmer for 8 minutes. Season with mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Add the leek, corn and sausages and heat in them.
  3. Easy to cook and tasty even for children.
  4. French fries also taste good.
