Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 small Head savoy cabbage
  • nutmeg
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 1 cube soup (clear meat soup)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and fry. Season savory with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the cleaned, washed, cut into strips savoy cabbage and season with nutmeg. Add the water and the soup cubes. Spread the peeled and diced potatoes on top. Cook for 30 minutes and finally stir in the grated cheese.
