Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with mineral water. Finely chop the garlic clove, core the chilli pepper, cut into small pieces, add to the egg mixture and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the scrambled eggs in a non-stick pan for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly, and serve sprinkled with chives.
