Ingredients

  • 250 g sheep`s cheese or oat`s cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 3 piece (s) paprika, pickled grilled red, corresponds to approx. 1 whole pickled paprika
  • some oregano
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the sheep`s cheese with the peeled onion and the garlic in the blender, gradually add the sour cream and the drained pepper pieces. Core the chilli pepper and add only half of it to the mixer for the time being. Then add the spices, olive oil and possibly a splash of lemon juice. If it is not spicy enough, you can puree the other half of the chilli in the blender and add it. Sprinkle with parsley (fresh or dried).
  2. Great dip for grilling, with chips or simply with bread.
