- 500 g spahetti
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- Sriracha sauce
- Curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Chives, dried
- 2 dashes Maggi
- Paprika powder
- possibly garlic granules

- Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, cut the peppers and spring onions into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Let the finished spaghetti cool down or rinse under cold water. Put the drained spaghetti in the bowl and mix with the spices. Dose the sriracha sauce carefully as it is very hot. The amount of soy sauce can be adjusted according to taste.
- It is best to prepare the salad one to two hours before eating so that it can still go through a bit.
