Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 3 chilli pepper (s)
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 100 g rocket

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of boiling salted water.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the chilli peppers lengthways and core them, cut into narrow strips. Halve the tomatoes. Slice the parmesan thinly.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan. Lightly fry the garlic and chilli strips in it. If you like it spicier, add some chilli seeds. Add the tomato halves and let them warm up briefly. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix everything together well.
  4. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Finally add the rocket.
