Instructions

  1. Should you really enter such a simple recipe? I chose it because I couldn`t find anything like it here. Spinach is a very fine vegetable that doesn`t need a magic wand or a bubble. On the contrary: the simpler the better.
  2. In a saucepan (or wok) stir in the garlic, butter and oil. Add the spinach and collapse over high heat and allow the water that comes out to evaporate. It happens very quickly. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the parmesan. Salt and pepper.
  3. This side dish is prepared in no time and tastes just as tasty with fish as it does with meat or eggs, or just as vegetarian with potatoes. Once you have tried it, you will never miss an opportunity to buy fresh spinach.
