Ingredients

  • 1 paprika sausage (chorizo)
  • 600 g potato (s), waxy
  • 300 g carrot (s)
  • Salt water
  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • Paprika powder, hot pink
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 packet feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Also peel the carrots and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Cook the potatoes and carrots in salted water for about 5 - 10 minutes, then drain well and allow to cool.
  2. Cut the chorizo into cubes, the onion into rings and the bell pepper into wedges. Dice the zucchini as well.
  3. Fry the sausage in a little olive oil. Squeeze the garlic. Then add the remaining vegetables to the pan. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper (be a little more economical with the pepper). Add a little paprika powder (hot as rose) and season strongly with sweet paprika. It has to turn a nice red color and the oil has to be reddish too.
  4. Let the vegetables fry until they take on some color. Possibly add seasoning (depending on your taste). Dice the feta cheese and add it to the pan as well. Put a lid on and let the feta cheese melt a little. Baguette tastes good with it.
