Spicy Tomato Dip

• 200 g cream cheese
• 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
• 1 large tomato (s)
• 2 cloves garlic)
• 5 tablespoon tomato paste
• Dill, chopped
• salt and pepper
• 2 teaspoons sambal oelek

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese and natural yoghurt until smooth. Dice the tomato very finely, press the garlic cloves, add to the cream together with tomato paste and dill and stir well. I always take plenty of dill as I like it a lot, but that`s a matter of taste. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add sambal oelek and let the dip steep.
