Ingredients

  • 4 medallions (tuna medallions)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 2 small spring onions
  • 4 stalks parsley
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, black
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, white
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce with the green lid
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers and spring onions into small fine cubes and chop the parsley. Halve the lemon, squeeze out the juice and mix with the cut vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. After the rice has cooked for about 10 minutes, prepare the tuna medallions. Fry them in a little oil on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes and then let them rest briefly on a plate.
  4. Mix the cut vegetables with the cooked rice and butter in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Finally, brush the tuna medallions with a little Sriracha sauce and spread the sesame seeds on top.
