Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, cold fat, sour cream and salt to form a smooth dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place in a 25 cm baking pan. Pull up the edge with the batter. Cover the dough with baking paper and fill with peas. Bake at 200 ° for 15 minutes.
