Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 10 medium mushrooms, brown
  • 250 g halloumi

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon fig mustard, alternatively medium-spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade.
  2. For the skewers, clean the mushrooms, depending on the size, cut in half. Cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick slices and the peppers into pieces. Cut the white part of the spring onions into pieces approx. 4 cm long. Halve the halloumi and also cut into slices.
  3. Place the ingredients in any order on four kebab skewers and coat with the marinade on all sides. If wooden skewers are used, soak them in water beforehand.
  4. Place the finished skewers on the hot grill for about 20 minutes.
  5. Tip: You can also cook the skewers in the oven at 220 ° C for around 15-20 minutes.
