Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant (s), cut into strips
  • 2 lettuce heart (s), halved
  • 1 zucchini, cut into strips
  • 1 onion (s), red, cut into strips
  • 500 g asparaus

For the marinade:

  • 4 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown

For drizzling:

  • 2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow chilli oil
  • 1 lemon (s), freshly squeezed juice from it
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Marinate the vegetables with it for 10 minutes. Place the vegetables on the grill and fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Put the fried vegetables in a large bowl, drizzle with chili oil and lemon juice, mix well and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
