Ingredients
- 250 g zucchini
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 tablespoon butter, for the pan
- 1 clove garlic
- 80 g cheese (Pecorino or Mancheo)
- 3 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- Nutmeg, grated

- Wash the zucchini, remove the stem and grate on the grater. Wash, scrape and grate the carrots. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Brush a tart pan with butter (a springform pan is also possible!).
- Peel off the garlic and mash it. Grate the cheese. Mix everything in a bowl with the eggs, creme fraiche, flour and olive oil. Reserve some cheese to sprinkle with. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the mold. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and place in the oven at 180 ° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
