  • 250 g zucchini
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for the pan
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 80 g cheese (Pecorino or Mancheo)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the stem and grate on the grater. Wash, scrape and grate the carrots. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Brush a tart pan with butter (a springform pan is also possible!).
