Ingredients

  • 600 g zucchini
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), red, dried
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped pepper, Szechuan
  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, dark
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut in half lengthways and cut or slice the zucchini into thin strips about 6 cm long. Heat the rapeseed oil and sesame oil in a pan or wok. Add Szechuan peppercorns and finely chopped chili peppers and fry over high heat until fragrant. Then add the zucchini strips, salt and fry for about 2 minutes. Mix the soy sauce with the sugar, pour this mixture over the zucchini and cook briefly, season with vinegar and serve lukewarm.
  2. Can be prepared well and then briefly tempered in the microwave!
