Spinach and Feta Flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Thaw the spinach in the microwave and drain the liquid. Salt to taste, but rather sparingly, as the feta is salty, and add squeezed garlic. Then whisk the eggs in a bowl and mix in with the spinach along with the grated cheese.
  3. Form six flat cakes with a tablespoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then crumble the feta cheese onto the flatbreads. Place in the oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes and then grill again briefly so that the feta browns a little.
  4. More liquid will leak out during baking, but it will curdle during baking. So don`t bother with it, just separate from the flatbreads. That doesn`t hurt the taste.
  5. Let the flatbreads cool down a bit, then they will come off the baking paper easily.
  6. According to the recipe calculator, the flatbreads have about 250 kcal per serving. They fill you up well and can also be eaten cold.
