Spinach-Banana Smoothie with Kefir and Honey

Sweet green spinach and banana smoothie with kefir and honey is a vitamin drink that can charge you with vivacity and energy and improve your well-being for the whole day! The smoothie turns out to be not only healthy but also very tasty, vaguely reminiscent of a banana milkshake.

Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach – 60 g
  • Banana – 1 pc. (peeled pulp weight – 120 g)
  • Kefir – 250 ml
  • Honey – 2 teaspoon
  • Vanillin – a pinch

Directions

  1. Kefir is best kept in the refrigerator until cooking.
  2. Rinse young spinach leaves in cold water, then dry. Remove tough stems.
  3. Peel the banana, cut the pulp into thin slices.
  4. Combine spinach leaves and banana slices in a blender bowl. Add honey and vanillin.
  5. Pour in kefir.
  6. Whisk the ingredients at high speed until smooth.
  7. Pour the finished spinach, banana, and honey smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
