  • 400 g spinach leaves
  • 1 packet tomato (s), chopped (Tomato al Gusto)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 200 g cottae cheese
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packet. Then roll out, place in a greased quiche dish and pull up one edge.
  2. Peel the shallot and garlic, cut into small pieces and sauté in hot oil. Wash the spinach leaves, chop them roughly and cook with them until the resulting liquid has evaporated. Now add Tomato al Gusto and curry powder. Take the saucepan off the stove and mix in the cheese. Distribute the mass evenly on the floor.
