Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup couscous
  • 250 g spinach leaves
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 10 date (s)
  • 1 dash pomegranate syrup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful parsley
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Let the couscous soak according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the spinach leaves and dice the onions.
  2. Heat olive oil, sauté the onions in it, add the spinach and sauté until it collapses. Chop the dates and chop the parsley. Add the couscous and dates and fry briefly. Crumble the feta and add it. Briefly continue frying. Season to taste with a dash of pomegranate syrup, salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. Enjoy the meal!
