Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 450 g spinach (creamed spinach)
  • some Milk
  • 150 g cream cheese (herbs)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, add the spinach, milk and cream cheese and bring to the boil once. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar and add a little milk depending on the consistency you want.
  2. You can of course change the whole thing at your own discretion and imagination.
