Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 450 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts, as desired
  • 150 g cooked ham, to taste
  • 150 g cream
  • 500 g tortellini, variety as you like, or nocchi

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Heat the fat in a saucepan. Sauté onions and garlic, who also likes the ham, in them. Add the creamed spinach and stock. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. If you want, you can roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  3. Add the cream to the spinach and bring to the boil. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini or gnocchi to the sauce. First add the pine nuts in the plate.
