Ingredients

  • 400 g spinach, frozen
  • 4 egg (s)

  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven.
  2. Make a dough from quark, milk, oil, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and roll it out.
