Ingredients
- 150 g quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 400 g spinach, frozen
- 4 egg (s)
- some cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven.
- Make a dough from quark, milk, oil, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and roll it out.
- Thaw the spinach and squeeze it out well.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the cream, season very vigorously with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Spread the mixture on the pizza dough. Pour the spinach on top and season if necessary. Sprinkle with some grated cheese. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Now place the eggs on the pizza like fried eggs and finish baking in 10-15 minutes.
